I’m an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and Executive Leadership Advisor, and I work with CEOs, senior executives, and leadership teams navigating complexity, growth, and strategic change.
For over 25 years, I’ve advised and facilitated for global corporations, mid-size businesses, and non-profits across Peru, Panama, Brazil, China, India, Canada, Mexico, and Russia, including organizations like Philips, DSM, Nokia, Disney, Swagelok, and Marathon Petroleum. I’m a certified Management Consultant (ODCP) and a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Leadership Coach.
My approach integrates organizational psychology, systems thinking, and direct advisory experience inside complex organizations. Whatever the engagement, I aim to help you decide with greater clarity and free yourself to move your organization forward.
